As a founder and CEO of the Source Group International, Mr. Thompson is the directing mind of CONNECTION SOURCE CANADA INC.
With over 30 years of successful development and operations on a global scale, Mr. Thompson’s leadership ensures the organization’s multi-national outsourcing capabilities remain uncompromisingly world-class and fully responsive to the needs of your business.
As an original co-founder of several international $100M+ corporations, Mr. Thompson sets the positioning strategies to integrate the firm’s current worldwide operations based out of Toronto, Canada (Head Office), the USA, the Caribbean and the Pacific Rim.
MICHAEL CAVANAGH
Mr. Cavanagh is a founder of the Source Group International and the Executive Director of CONNECTION SOURCE CANADA INC.
Since the late 1990’s Mr. Cavanagh had partnered in the development of a sizeable real estate portfolio in Canada and the U.S. and now manages the real estate and financing divisions for Source Group International (including Connection Source Canada Inc).
Mr. Cavanagh holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Toronto and is an Accredited Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) having also been certified by the University of British Columbia to lecture on the AIC’s Professional Standards and Ethics course.
